Sharp eyed dog fancier, Jeff Davidson spotted a billboard on Ventura Bl that caught his eye. Well, why wouldn't it with a forty foot long hot dog on it?! But he did a double take when he noticed the caption... Carney's is announcing their Top Dog Award for Best Wiener in a big way!
